Weight management and Blood glucose management

Compared with the control group, the model group mice showed abnormal weight gain, elevated fasting blood glucose levels, and fasting insulin levels, which are consistent with the metabolic abnormalities and insulin resistance induced by a high-fat diet. After intervention with probiotic PA53, the weight gain of mice tended to be normal, and fasting blood glucose and insulin levels also tended to be normal. This indicates that probiotics promote metabolic health by regulating gut microbiota, improving intestinal barrier function, and reducing systemic inflammation.
